Returns & Exchanges
All purchases made through Badjenid & Sons are final and there are no returns or replacements except for BROKEN or DEFECTED items only. Items eligable for replacement must be unopened from its original packaging. Broken or defected items must be reported via email and made within 3 days after item received; (please include your receipt together with photos of damaged items in its clear packaging)
Unfortunately, exchanging to a different fragrance is not acceptable. We could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through postage.
Sale Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
